About Aoyama Professionals

Two builders. Two frameworks. One APro.

Aoyama Professionals is being built as a shared platform between Thom Peace and Ryan Ahamer. Ryan contributes AI-building methodology, product thinking and digital ventures. Thom contributes professional capability architecture, venture-building experience and a portfolio of real operating projects. APro is where those contributions meet.

Equal contribution does not require identical contribution.

The strength of APro comes from combining complementary experience. The website therefore gives Ryan and Thom equal visual weight while being clear about the different systems, ventures and perspectives each contributes.

What we are building together

A professional platform that sits between learning and work.

APro is not intended to be only a training business, a recruiting business, an AI consultancy or a venture portfolio. It is the shared layer connecting professional development, modern tools, real assignments and company opportunity.

01 · Learn

Professional development

Participants build capability through the Internship, Academy and continued applied learning.

02 · Apply

Real project work

Learning is connected to real assignments from founder ecosystems, APro-originated projects, partners and companies.

03 · Progress

Evidence & opportunity

Deliverables make capability visible and can create a stronger basis for future work, apprenticeship or professional advancement.

The APro story

Built from complementary directions.

Ryan's direction

Ryan's work brings APro closer to the realities of AI-enabled product building, automation, digital tools and new operating methods. His contribution asks: how should professionals actually build and work in an AI-enabled environment?

Thom's direction

Thom's work brings APro closer to professional capability, venture operations, Japan-market work and cross-functional execution. His contribution asks: what professional work is being performed, and how can that capability be made visible?

APro's direction

APro combines those questions: How do you build with modern tools, what professional capability are you practicing, and what real output proves that you can do the work?

Operating principles

What we want APro to stand for.

01Real before simulatedUse real projects whenever appropriate rather than invented exercises.
02Evidence before claimsShow what someone produced, not only what they say they know.
03AI with judgmentUse modern tools where they improve the work, not because AI is fashionable.
04Capability made legibleMake professional work easier to describe, teach, assign and evaluate.
05Progression over participationPrograms should help people move toward more capable work and opportunity.
06Companies get useful outputHost relationships should begin with business value, not busywork.
07Founder frameworks remain distinctAPro combines Ryan's and Thom's contributions without erasing their origins.
08Build APro's own evidenceOver time, more projects should originate jointly through APro itself.
The partnership structure

Three layers, kept intentionally clear.

Ryan's ecosystem

Orbweva + related ventures

Independent methodologies, ventures and operating experience contributed by Ryan to APro by agreement.

Joint layer

Aoyama Professionals

The co-built professional-development and application platform where the two founders' contributions meet through programs and projects.

Thom's ecosystem

Peace Works + related ventures

Independent frameworks, ventures and operating experience contributed by Thom to APro by agreement.

A clear distinction

APro is collaborative without pretending everything is jointly owned.

That distinction protects the integrity of both founders' prior work and gives the partnership room to create genuinely joint assets over time.

Existing systems & ventures

Keep their source identity.

Orbweva-related methods and Ryan's ventures remain attributable to Ryan and their respective entities. The 120 remains attributable to Thom Peace / Peace Works K.K., while Peace Works ventures remain distinct from APro.

New APro work

Build the shared layer intentionally.

Programs, host-company engagements, projects, learning assets and other work originated jointly through APro can become the growing body of evidence for the partnership itself.

Aoyama Professionals

Aoyama Professionals is a joint professional-development platform. Orbweva-related methods remain attributable to Ryan Ahamer / Orbweva. The 120 Professional Work Units are developed by Thom Peace and published by Peace Works K.K. References to founder ventures do not imply APro ownership.
How we work together

Different backgrounds. Same idea: make the work real.

Ryan and Thom bring different experiences, networks and ways of building. APro is where those differences become useful — combining AI-enabled building, professional capability, real projects and a community that is still growing.

Ryan brings

AI, products & digital building

Orbweva methods, AI workflows, product thinking, rapid building and the mindset of turning ideas into working systems.

Thom brings

Japan, professional systems & ventures

The 120 Professional Work Units, venture development, professional services, real project environments and a long-term Japan perspective.

We also have a handful of existing ventures we’re choosing to work on together — including ReferJapan, My Nihongo Sensei, Step Up Japan, Personal University and Yamanote Line. We’re keeping that part intentionally flexible while we learn what works best as co-builders.
